Adjacent to South Holston River. Pet/smoke free! Great fishing! Close to BMS!

Four acres of property with parking for cars and boat trailers. Inside garage parking for three vehicles or several motorcycles .
Public river access across the road.
NOTE: Private river access requires walking steep downhill trail to shaded area. Travel at your own risk. Very secluded and worth the walk. Path posted No Trespassing....for our guests only.
IMPORTANT FOR FISHING: We recommend the TVA Lake Info app for your phone. You can check daily water release schedule from South Holston Dam (10 miles upriver). Water release will take approx 3 hours to arrive in area in front of rental house. Between water releases, the river can be waded for fishing. We recommend children are always accompanied by an adult when at the river.

The Reserve on South Holston River is truly a one of a kind property located on the world famous tailwaters of the South Holston River with over 1 mile of privately owned river frontage. One half mile of the frontage is perfectly groomed for your easy access and provides a private boat launch. There is plenty of room for relaxing on the river bank or wading the waters. This is a unique opportunity to stay right on the river and have world class fly fishing right in your back door.
South Holston Reserve
This budget friendly cabin is located along the internationally known South Holston River. Our minimalistic cabin is perfect for a budget friendly getaway 100 ft. from clear river water, and space to relax.
The entire cabin and surrounding area is available for you. Access to the river is private and runs across the cabin and to the left (as you face the river), all the way to the end of the farm property (also includes a great flat area perfect for picnics.
